Music Monday: Yes Edition

It’s Music Monday here at the RollerBlog and it is a Yes kind of a day. As loyal readers of this blog already know, I am a big fan of Yes. RollerReggie and I bought tickets to see Yes in concert last year and we were extremely disappointed when the tour was canceled. The good news is that Yes is on tour again, and they’ll be here in Seattle this month. This time the band will be without lead singer Jon Anderson, so we are still debating whether or not we are going to buy tickets.
What do you think - should we go?

That’s a tough call. The band is amazing, but Jon Anderson is the heart and soul of Yes.

I’m in total agreement with Jason,I think we should hold out until Jon gets better,maybe next tour?
Then again, how many more tours do you think Yes has in them?

Who’s singing lead? If it’s Trevor Rabin, I’d advise against it. Great guitar chops but he’s no Jon Anderson.

Listen to the bass part in this song. It’s freakin’ awesome. Sure wish I could play like that!
